Blue Milk Shake
By the stars, it’s a delicious and sweet vanilla flavored milk shake that the STAR WARS™ rebels in your life will love.
MAKES: 1
INGREDIENTS
2 cups Kemps, Friendly’s or Mayfield vanilla ice cream
1 cup blue milk
3/4 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided
blue food coloring
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1-2 teaspoons sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix ice cream, blue milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and a few drops of blue food coloring in a blender* until smooth.
To make whipped topping, whip the heavy whipping cream and a few drops of blue food coloring in a bowl using a large whisk or electric hand mixer until soft peaks form. Stir in remaining 1/4 teaspoon vanilla and sugar to taste.
Pour milkshake into 2 glasses and top with whipped cream to serve.
